患儿,女,1天半。频繁呕吐伴呼吸暂停一天由产科转入。第三胎第二产,8个月早产。其母早破水,羊水多达5000毫升。生后8小时开始喂奶,12小时出现呕吐,逐渐加重,吐出奶液及羊水,无胆汁,抽出胃内容物可缓解。16小时因吸入呕吐物突然呼吸停止,复苏后仍反复出现。排极少量胎便一次。母孕三胎,第一胎4个月流产,第二胎8个月时分娩一死婴。查体:T35.2℃,心率130次/分,R40次/分,发育差,皮肤轻度硬肿,两肺呼吸音
