1临床资料患者,女性,25岁,未婚,初中文化,微商职业。因四肢发麻、蚁行感、心慌、出汗、乏力、气短等半年、加重3天于2017年2月7日入我院治疗。患者2007至2009年吸食过K粉数次,每次几口,量约0.1克,1-2个月吸食1次,以后停用。2010至2011年在朋友诱惑下吸冰毒3次,每次量不大,只有几口,吸食后兴奋、话多,余无异常。2016年8月,患者过生日,在朋友劝说下,又吸食冰毒6口,K粉少许。
