1982年滑县某村给中小学生接种卡介苗,该村医生误将卡介苗接种于皮下,致使352名学生接种处全部发生硬结、肿胀、溃烂。经用壁虎尾配合激光照射均获痊愈,现报道如下。临床资料 (一)一般资料:本组352例,男181例,女171例;年龄8～13岁。接种后全都于20～40天内相继发生局部硬结、肿胀,1周后破溃,排出较为稀薄的白色脓液。(二)治疗方法及效果病例相继发生后,县卫生局派医疗队前去调查,确诊后立即给予链霉素肌肉注射,雷米封口服,局部
In 1982, a village in Huaxian County inoculated BCGs to primary and secondary students.
