对93例不同性质的卵巢肿瘤细胞DNA及RNA含量进行定量研究。其中50例良性、43例恶性。并对患者进行1~5年的随访。结果表明:卵巢良性肿瘤的异倍率(假阳性)为44%,恶性肿瘤异倍率为83.7%。以"标准DI"及"标准RI"为指标判断卵巢肿瘤性质的准确率较以"异倍性"为高,且双指标同时应用高于任一单指标。对卵巢良恶性肿瘤的诊断准确率分别为90%和95.3%。提出:"标准DI"和"标准RI"是判断卵巢肿瘤性质的理想指标。且DNA及RNA含量与卵巢癌预后有密切关系。
93 cases of different types of ovarian tumor cells DNA and RNA content quantitative study. 50 cases were benign and 43 were malignant. Patients were followed up for 1 to 5 years. The results showed that the rate of ovarian benign tumors (false positive) was 44%, the rate of malignancy was 83.7%. The diagnostic accuracy of “standard DI” and “standard RI” as the index to determine the nature of ovarian tumors is higher than that of “pax ploidy”, and the double index is higher than any single index at the same time. The diagnostic accuracy of benign and malignant ovarian tumors were 90% and 95.3%. Proposed: “Standard DI” and “standard RI” is an ideal indicator of the nature of ovarian tumors. And DNA and RNA content is closely related to the prognosis of ovarian cancer.
