随着广东经济的持续高速发展,能源消费需求增长很快,据预测,2000年广东能源消费总量将达到一亿万吨标准煤,广东能源工业将适应这一要求,加快建设速度。“九五”期间广东全省电力建设将投资1346亿元,电厂建设规模3018万千瓦。建成投产装机容量1142万千瓦,到2000年,广东发电装机总容量将达到3406万千瓦,年平均递增8.5％。与此同时,广东将优化电力布局,积极发展洁净高效的优质能源、新能源和可再生能源。国家重点建设项目珠江三角洲天然气管网工程将再投资300多亿元。 为了配合华南地区高速发展的能源工业建设,中国国际能源应用技术交流大会将于1998年5月在广东召开。大会由国家科委工业司、中国能源研究会、广东省计委能源处、经委能源处、科委能源中心、环保局科技处、省电力集团总公司、电机工程学会、香港工程师学会等能源(电力)主管机构共同主办;《世界能源导报》、《国际电力》、《中国电力》、《新能源》、《中国能源》、《电力情报》、《发电设备》、《节能》、《能源研究与信息》、《能源研究与利用》等全国89家能源报刊媒体联合协办。
With the continuous rapid economic development in Guangdong, energy consumption growth is rapidly growing. It is predicted that total energy consumption in Guangdong will reach 100 million tons of standard coal in 2000. Guangdong’s energy industry will adapt to this requirement and speed up its construction. During the Ninth Five-year Plan period, Guangdong’s power construction in the province will invest 134.6 billion yuan and its power plant will have a construction scale of 30.18 million kilowatts. Built and put into operation installed capacity of 11.42 million kilowatts, by 2000, the total installed capacity of power generation in Guangdong will reach 34.06 million kilowatts, an average annual increase of 8.5%. In the meantime, Guangdong will optimize its power distribution and actively develop clean and efficient high quality energy, new energy and renewable energy. National key construction projects in the Pearl River Delta natural gas pipeline project will invest 300 billion yuan. In order to tie in with the rapid development of energy industry in southern China, China International Energy Technology Exchange Conference will be held in Guangdong in May 1998.
