奉贤中学的蔡建华老师在实践中,悉心研读教育基础理论,不断探索语文教学规律,勇于实践,大胆创新,逐渐形成了“激情、流畅”的教学风格;曾连续3次荣获奉贤县语文学科教学评比一等奖,2000年又获上海市中青年语文教学评比一等奖。
In practice, Cai Jianhua, a teacher from Fengxian Middle School, carefully studied the basic theory of education, constantly probed into the law of Chinese teaching, dared to practice and boldly innovated, and gradually formed a teaching style of “Passion and Fluency”.
