细胞表面微绒毛和细胞微丝状态与细胞运动密切相关。在人胃癌BGC-823细胞系体外培养液中加用胃泌素及其受体拮抗剂,发现经胃泌素作用后的BGC-823细胞微丝紊乱,细胞表面微绒毛多而密集,经L-365260作用后则微丝长而粗,排列规则,表面微绒毛少。提示,胃泌素能增强BGC-823细胞系的运动,可能有促进肿瘤细胞转移的作用,这种作用可被L-365260所拮抗。
Cell surface microvilli and cell microfilament status and cell movement are closely related. Gastrin and its receptor antagonist were added to human gastric cancer cell line BGC-823 in vitro, it was found that the gastrodin-induced BGC-823 cells were disordered. The microvilli on the cell surface were more and more dense, -365260 Micro filaments after the role of long and thick, arranged in the rule, the surface less microvilli. Tip, gastrin can enhance BGC-823 cell line motility, may have the role of promoting tumor cell metastasis, this effect can be antagonized by L-365260.
