The key international (regional) cooperative research project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (hereinafter referred to as “key cooperative research project ”) aims to encourage scientific and technical personnel to base themselves on the international scientific frontiers and make effective use of international scientific and technological resources. Based on equal cooperation, mutual benefit and reciprocity, Sharing principle to conduct substantive international cooperation in order to improve China's scientific research and international competitiveness. The “Regulations for the Management of International (Regional) Cooperative Research Projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China” stipulate that the scientific and technical personnel relying on the units of the project have senior professional and technical positions (titles) as the project leaders
