“我就是要个说法!”这句源于1992年电影《秋菊打官司》中的台词,如今出自养牛大户王峰的嘴。死因不明牛死不得安葬北京市密云县某村农民王峰,是村里新一代农民的代表。正当村里的同龄人为了生计外出打工时,颇有发展意识的王峰却在自己承包的山场上建了几间牛舍养了几头牛,搞起了养殖业。2008年10月3日,王峰请来了村里的电工张云为牛舍修改电路,以便扩大养殖规模。
