目的 研究大肠癌中一氧化氮合酶 (i NOS)与血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)的表达及其与临床预后的关系。方法 应用免疫组化方法检测了 8例结肠腺瘤、5 5例结肠癌患者手术标本的 i NOS和 VEGF的表达 ,用 CD34单抗标记血管内皮细胞计数和测定肿瘤微血管密度 (MVD)。结果 i NOS在结肠腺瘤和 期结肠癌中无表达 ,在 、 期结肠癌中表达率分别是 6 8.4 %和 90 .6 % ;VEGF在 、 、 期结肠癌中表达率分别是 2 5 %、5 7.9%和 84 .4 % ;MVB在各期中的值分别是 2 1.72± 1.4、32 .4± 5 .7、4 0 .1± 7.6。结论 i NOS和 VEGF在结肠癌中能刺激血管形成 ,使肿瘤增殖、浸润并恶化。
Objective To investigate the expression of nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in colorectal cancer and its relationship with clinical prognosis. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of iNOS and VEGF in 8 cases of colon adenoma and 55 cases of colon cancer. The CD34 monoclonal antibody was used to count the number of vascular endothelial cells and the tumor microvessel density (MVD). Results The expression of iNOS was not found in colorectal adenocarcinoma and stage colon cancer. The expression rates of iNOS in colon and colon cancer were 6 8.4% and 90.6%, respectively. The expression rates of VEGF in colon cancer and colon cancer were 25% 5 7.9% and 84.4%, respectively; MVB in each phase were 2 1.72 ± 1.4,32 .4 ± 5 .7,4 0 .1 ± 7.6 respectively. CONCLUSIONS: NOS and VEGF stimulate angiogenesis in colon cancer, causing the tumor to proliferate, infiltrate and deteriorate.
