目的:探讨四腔心平面与九平面联合彩超在诊断胎儿先天性心脏病(CHD)中的不同价值。方法:回顾性总结、分析59例胎儿CHD采用四腔心平面与九平面联合彩超检查的阳性诊断符合率、漏诊率及差异性。结果:四腔心平面联合彩超检出41例有阳性表现,声像阳性部位58个(真阳性部位57个);九平面联合彩超检出CHD 59例、阳性部位126个(真阳性部位125个)。四腔心平面与九平面诊断CHD符合21例,四腔心平面联合彩超对胎儿心脏声像阳性部位的检出率仅是九平面联合彩超对胎儿心脏声像阳性部位检出率的45.6%。结论:四腔心平面对复杂CHD不能做出准确诊断,九平面联合彩超提高了CHD产前诊断的检出率和准确性。
Objective: To explore the different values of four-chamber heart plane and nine-plane joint ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease (CHD). Methods: We retrospectively analyzed and analyzed the coincidence rate, misdiagnosis rate and difference of positive diagnosis of 59 cases of fetal CHD with four-chamber heart plane and nine plane combined color Doppler ultrasound examination. Results: There were 41 positive cases in the four-chamber heart plane combined with color Doppler ultrasound, 58 of which were positive (57 of them were positive); nine of CHD were detected by nine-plane combined color Doppler ultrasound with 126 positive (125 positive) ). The diagnostic accuracy of four-chamber planar and nine-plane CHD was consistent with that of 21 cases. The detection rate of four-chamber heart-plane combined ultrasound was only 45.6% of the positive detection rate of fetal cardiac ultrasonography in nine-plane combined ultrasound. Conclusion: The four-chamber heart plane can not make accurate diagnosis of complex CHD. Nine-plane combined ultrasound improves the detection rate and accuracy of prenatal diagnosis of CHD.
