国家焊接材料质量监督检验中心成立于1991年,是国家授权执行法定质量监督检验任务的专职第三方质检机构,业务上受国家质检总局领导,挂靠在哈尔滨焊接研究所。中心是经国家科技部和国家质量监督检验检疫总局共同审查批准、授权的科学技术成果检测鉴定的国家级检测机构。2012年,经国家工业和信息化部批准,授权中心为“工业(焊接材料)产品质量控制和技术评价实验室”。
National Welding Materials Quality Supervision and Inspection Center was established in 1991, is the country authorized to perform the task of statutory quality supervision and inspection of full-time third-party quality inspection agencies, the business by the AQSIQ leadership, anchored in Harbin Welding Institute. The center is a state-level testing institute approved jointly by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine to authorize the testing and appraisal of achievements in science and technology. In 2012, approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the authorized center is the Laboratory for Quality Control and Technology Evaluation of Industrial (Welding Materials) Products.
