对老年和非老年 Wistar 大鼠肺进行了组织学和超微结构研究,并观察长期限食和噪声对大鼠肺的影响。结果表明,老年大鼠肺出现慢性支气管炎、肺泡囊和肺泡管扩张、肺腺瘤病和肺癌、Ⅱ型肺泡上皮细胞板层小体各种变性、肺毛细血管与肺泡上皮间胶原原钎维增多等变化。长期适当限食可降低慢性支气管炎和肺癌的发生。长期噪声暴露对大鼠肺组织结构无明显影响。
Histological and ultrastructural studies were performed on the lungs of aged and non-aged Wistar rats, and the effects of long-term dietary restriction and noise on the lungs of rats were observed.
