Objective To investigate the possible relationship between neurokinin B receptor (NK3) and nociceptive transmission in spinal cord of rats.Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to observe the effects of complete Freund’s adjuvant (CFA) on the spinal cord of rats with chronic inflammatory pain Dynamic changes of neurokinin B receptor.Results The staining intensity of NKB receptor-like immunoreactive structure in the spinal cord of the lumbosacral spinal cord on the inflammatory side was significantly increased, especially in the dorsal horn
