针对劳务派遣工作中存在的种种不规范行为,福建省人社厅目前出台规定,对劳务派遣工作实行行政许可,加强对企业的服务监管工作。根据要求,劳务派遣行政许可接属地实行省、设区市、县分级管理,由经营劳务派遣业务单位工商注册所在地的人力资源社会保障行政部门负责行政许可审批。福建省人力资源和社会保障厅表示,将加强对取得行政许可并办理公司登记的劳务派遣单位的监督管理,督促劳务派遣单位在办公场
