芦丁及其衍生物是植物界分布最广,具有多种生物活性的黄酮类化合物。它的作用越来越受到重视,近年来随着研究方法和技术的不断提高,发现了许多新的作用,特别是抗自由基作用。本实验是从细胞生物学水平探讨对培养乳鼠肝细胞的保护作用及其作用机理,为开发芦丁提供依据。1 材料 芦丁由我校植物化学教研室提供,经过筛选800ug/ml为适宜剂量。人参总皂甙由我校药理学教研室提供,经过筛选0.5%为适宜剂量浓度。四氯化碳浓度为5mol/L。胶原酶为美国Sigma公司产品,胰蛋白
Rutin and its derivatives are flavonoids that have the widest distribution in the plant world and have a variety of biological activities. Its role has been paid more and more attention.
