【目的】探讨超声心动图在右肺动脉异常起源于主动脉(AORPA)中的诊断价值。【方法】回顾性分析经超声诊断并经多层螺旋 CT(MDCT)或外科手术证实的9例 AORPA 患儿的超声心动图特点。【结果】9例患儿右肺动脉均异常起源于升主动脉近端,均合并动脉导管未闭及重度肺动脉高压。其超声特征:肺动脉远端无分叉,肺动脉主干仅与左支延续,右肺动脉起源于主动脉。【结论】超声心动图在 AORPA 中诊断率较高,有助于早期临床确诊和手术治疗,可作为诊断儿童 AORPA 的首选方法。“,”Objective]To evaluate the value of echocardiography in diagnosing the anomalous origins of the right pulmonary artery in children.[Methods]The study consisted of a retrospective analysis of 9 patients with AORPA proved with MDCT or surgical operation.[Results]All cases were the proximal type of AORPA.All pa-tients had patent ductus arterious and severe pulmonary hypertension.The characteristics of echocardiogram find-ings include:absence of bifurcation of the main pulmonary artery,continuation of the main pulmonary artery with the left pulmonary artery.The right pulmonary artery originated on the ascending aorta.[Conclusion]Echocardio-graphy has important values in the diagnoses the AORPA,which contributes to early clinical diagnosis and surgi-cal treatment.Thus,echocardiography is the preferred method for diagnosis of the AORPA.
