家长工作是一个多层次多角度的工程,而做好这项工作的关键是确立家长的主体地位,提高家长的参与积极性,变幼儿园单向宣传为家园双向沟通。这样才能使家长工作真正发挥其教育功效。在近几年的实践中,我们对此进行了探索。1.善于发现家长的教育需求,不断调整指导工作。为了提高家长工作的有效性,我们通过调查表及时向家长征求意见,认真了解和分析家长的现实需要,从不同角度进行有效的指导。比如在调查中我们发现家长因文化程度、经济收入、社会地位等因素的不同而存在教育观念、方法上的差异,体现出明显的层次性。针对这一点,我们先从整体上帮助家长确立科学的育儿观,然后对不同层次家长进行不同内容不同方式的指导。这种分层指导的做法切合实际,很受家长欢迎。
Parents work is a multi-level multi-angle project, and the key to doing this work is to establish the dominant position of parents, improve the enthusiasm of parents involved, change kindergarten one-way communication for their home two-way communication. Only in this way can parents’ work truly exert their educational effect. In recent years of practice, we have explored this. 1. Be good at discovering parents’ educational needs and constantly adjust their guidance. In order to improve the effectiveness of parental work, we promptly seek advice from parents through questionnaires, carefully understand and analyze the practical needs of parents, and provide effective guidance from different perspectives. For example, in the survey, we found that there are educational concepts and methodological differences among parents due to different factors such as educational level, economic income and social status, which shows obvious levels. To this end, we first help parents to establish a scientific concept of parenting as a whole, and then guide parents of different levels in different ways and in different ways. Such a layered approach is practical and welcomed by parents.
