The opening up and development of Chang Kyrgyzstan will be conducive to promoting the all-round rejuvenation of the northeast old industrial base and realizing the common prosperity of the Northeast Asian economies. The fiscal system is an important institutional arrangement for the government to perform its functions of resource allocation, social equity and economic stability and plays a central role in coordinating the development of regional economy.
