This paper describes a new method for the development of the Yalige field in hot mines. The method is to lower the heater from the ground into the well and to recover from the underground production wells drilled by the mining operations. Underground wells, or vaults, are drilled from the mining operation to the bottom of the injection well on the ground to allow the heaters to evenly distribute the entire deposit. The method can reduce the development time of mining blocks by 1.5 to 2.0 times and reduce the cost by 15%.
