多年来,人们惯于以“人均居住面积”的多少为依据,来反映城镇居民居住水平高低。所谓居住面积,是指在住宅平面中卧室所占据的净面积。这种净面积的人均值也就是“人均居住面积”。从我国目前来看,居住面积在住宅建筑中所占比值的确定,可说是政出多门,各地不一。有的地方其比值为4:6,有的是按5:5计算,还有的是按6:4计算。等等。因此,如何从实际出发,科学、恰当地确定其比值问题,是值得认真商榷的。
Over the years, people are accustomed to “per capita living space” as the basis to reflect the level of urban residents living level.
