目前,用于恶性肿瘤放射治疗的机器有电子加速器、钴60治疗机及X线深部治疗机等。其中比较普及的是深部X线治疗机,是北京东方红医疗器械厂生产的。该机具有较高的能量,使用方便、适用于各种中层肿瘤的照射与淋巴系统的照射。由于X线治疗机使用电压高,又是连续工作,因此,对材料绝缘性能要求高。在产生X线的同时,也产生大量的热,所以在使用中容易发生故障。现将我对维修这种机器的体会作简单介绍,供参考。
At present, there are electron accelerators, Cobalt 60 treatment machines, and X-ray deep therapeutic machines for radiotherapy of malignant tumors. One of the more popular is the deep X-ray treatment machine, which is produced by Beijing Dongfanghong Medical Instrument Factory. The machine has high energy, easy to use, suitable for the irradiation of various middle tumors and the irradiation of the lymphatic system. Because the X-ray treatment machine uses a high voltage and is continuously operated, it requires high insulation performance of the material. While X-rays are generated, a large amount of heat is also generated, so that failures are likely to occur during use. Now I will briefly explain the experience of repairing this kind of machine for your reference.
