论述技术竞争情报已经成为企业和机构决策的必备要素。将技术竞争情报的发展与演变分为四个阶段,分析各个阶段技术竞争情报的表现形式和特点,技术竞争情报内涵的演变;结合企业和机构的竞争战略,指出技术竞争情报不再仅仅只是满足企业竞争和发展的需要,而是快速延伸到宏观科技管理、公共管理、产业政策研究等领域;并揭示技术竞争情报的研究内容及其应用。
Discusses technology competitive intelligence has become an essential factor for enterprises and institutions to make decisions. It divided the development and evolution of technology competitive intelligence into four stages, analyzed the manifestations and characteristics of technological competitive intelligence in various stages and the evolution of the connotation of technological competitive intelligence. Based on the competition strategies of enterprises and institutions, it pointed out that technological competitive intelligence is no longer merely satisfied Business competition and development needs, but quickly extended to the macro-technology management, public administration, industrial policy research and other fields; and reveal the contents of the technology competitive intelligence and its application.
