通过对 LOM中废料分离原理的分析 ,提出一种可变网格划分的方法及其实现。它采用活性边表法的快速求交算法 ,提高了网格运算的速度。基于层面特征信息的可变网格 ,使成形零件仅在较复杂处的层面有较密的网格 ,从面提高了成形后的废料可分离性和生产效率。
By analyzing the principle of waste separation in LOM, a method of variable meshing and its implementation are proposed. It uses the active side table method of fast intersection algorithm, improve the speed of grid computing. The variable mesh based on the characteristic information of the layers makes the formed parts have a dense mesh only at the more complex layers, improving the detachability and the production efficiency of the formed waste from the surface.
