目的探讨妊娠合并尖锐湿疣患者用二氧化碳激光治疗术后外用中药的临床疗效。方法对68例妊娠合并尖锐湿疣患者用二氧化碳激光治疗后,随机抽取35例为治疗组配合中药外阴熏洗,其余33例为对照组配合高锰酸钾粉外洗,并进行回顾性分析。结果妊娠合并尖锐湿疣患者二氧化碳激光治疗后,外加中药治疗组比对照组的尖锐湿疣治愈率高、复发率低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠合并尖锐湿疣患者用中西医结合(二氧化碳激光配合中药外阴熏洗)治疗,可以提高治愈率,减少复发率,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of external laser on postoperative patients with carbon dioxide laser in pregnancy with condyloma acuminatum. Methods 68 cases of pregnancy with condyloma acuminatum patients after treatment with carbon dioxide laser, 35 cases were randomly selected for the treatment group with traditional Chinese medicine vulvovaginal fumigation, and the remaining 33 cases of control group with potassium permanganate powder washing and retrospective analysis. Results After treatment with carbon dioxide laser in pregnancy with condyloma acuminatum, the cure rate of condylomata acuminata with Chinese medicine treatment group was higher and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Pregnancy complicated with condyloma acuminatum in patients with Integrative Medicine (carbon dioxide laser with Chinese medicine treatment of vulvar fumigation), can improve the cure rate and reduce the recurrence rate, worthy of clinical promotion.
