作者等曾报道在我院收治之45例系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)中,发现1家兄妹及母亲3人先后发病[安徽医学 1985;6(2):18]。并对该家庭成员进行了检查,发现其长女(21岁)血清抗核抗体(ANA)阳性,IgG明显增高达4,100mg％,C3139mg％,经追问病史她因手指关节、两肩及膝关节红肿疼痛半年于1981年曾在某院检查类风湿因子(RF)阳性,抗“O”833单位,被诊断患“类风湿性关节炎(RA)”,经服用中药及强的松,症状缓解。根据文启治等提出的对SLE患者亲属中具有ANA阳性或其他免疫学指标异常者应予高度重视[湖北医学院学报1982;3:66],经两年多的严密追访,结果发现她于1985年10月发病。现报告于下:
