近年来,浦东新区的统计改革在两方面有了新的突破。一是服务内容进一步拓展,突出表现在围绕浦东开发建设的热点问题,展开一系列专题调查和课题研究,较好地发挥了统计分析的决策咨询服务功能。二是统计体系进一步完善,率先在外高桥保税区实施统计“一套表”改革试点,率先对中小型商业企业和三资企业组织实施抽样调查,率先对一大批无主管企业建立紧密型的统计网络,初步形成适应浦东一流开发需要的新的统计调查方法体系和新的统计组织体系,提高了统计数据准确性,逐步树立浦东新区在上海统计改革中的先行试点区地位。
In recent years, statistical reform in Pudong New Area has made new breakthroughs in two aspects. First, the service content to further expand, highlighting the hot issues around the Pudong development and construction, launched a series of special investigations and research projects, better play a statistical analysis of decision-making advisory services. Second, the statistical system was further improved. It took the lead in implementing the “One Table” reform pilot in the Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone. It took the lead in conducting sample surveys among small and medium-sized commercial enterprises and foreign-funded enterprise organizations and took the lead in establishing close statistics on a large number of non-competent enterprises Network to initially form a new statistical survey method system and a new statistical organization system that meet the needs of first-rate development in Pudong, improve the accuracy of statistical data and gradually establish Pudong New Area’s status as a pilot zone in Shanghai’s statistical reform.
