云梦县吴铺镇镇委、镇政府不断加大档案工作力度,促进了全镇档案事业的健康发展。在去年镇机关综合档案室升省一级之后,今年又注重加强镇直机关部门、企业事业单位和行政村的档案管理工作。全镇共建立档案室50个,其中,镇直部门和企事业单位档案管理晋升省一级2家,省二级3家、省级先进2家,24个行政村全部建立了档案和档案工作,有6个行政村被县档案局检查认定为示范档案室。在今年档案执法大检查中,得到孝感市人大、市档案局领导的充分肯定。我们的主要作法是:
