目的探讨麦芽糖醇与葡萄糖对糖尿病及非糖尿患者群血糖的影响。方法分别将121例非糖尿病及79例糖尿病患者随机分为两组,一组第1d服用葡萄糖,第2d服用麦芽糖醇;另一组第1d服用麦芽糖醇,第2d服用葡萄糖。比较4组人群空腹及分别服麦芽糖醇和葡萄糖后30min、60min、120min、180min的血糖情况。结果糖尿患者群服用葡萄糖及麦芽糖醇后,两组在30min、60min时比较和非糖尿患者群服用葡萄糖及麦芽糖醇后,30min时两组比较结果均有统计学差异。结论两组人群在摄食麦芽糖醇后,血糖均无明显升高,麦芽糖醇可作为替代葡萄糖的理想甜味剂。
Objective To investigate the effects of maltitol and glucose on blood glucose in diabetics and non-diabetics. Methods 121 cases of non-diabetic and 79 cases of diabetic patients were randomly divided into two groups. One group took glucose on the first day and the second on the second day. The other group took maltitol on the first day and glucose on the second day. The fasting blood glucose and glucose of 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 120 minutes and 180 minutes were compared between the four groups. Results After taking glucose and maltitol in diabetic patients, the results of the two groups showed statistical difference at 30 minutes after taking 30 minutes and 60 minutes of both groups and non-diabetic patients taking glucose and maltitol. Conclusion Both groups had no significant increase in blood glucose after consuming maltitol, and maltitol could be an ideal sweetener to replace glucose.
