何谓“公共关系实务”?公共关系实务就是公共关系理论在实践中贯彻和运用的具体操作。由于公共关系的实务操作是在社会环境中进行的,而一般意义上的社会环境明显的具有以下特征:a、开放式而非封闭式;b、因素多元化而非单一化;C、过程动态性而非静态性。因此,要使公共关系实务操作取得预期成效,单单依靠公共关系学的一般概念来指导其活动是不够的,本文拟对指导公共关系实务开展的方法论作一初步探讨。
What is “public relations practice”? Public relations practice is the practice of public relations theory and practice of the specific operation. Since the practical operation of public relations is carried out in a social environment, the social environment in a general sense clearly has the following characteristics: a. Open rather than closed b. Pluralism rather than simplification of factors c. Process dynamics Sexual rather than static. Therefore, it is not enough to rely on the general concept of public relations to guide the public relations practice to achieve the expected results. This article intends to make a preliminary study on the methodology of guiding the practice of public relations.
