Under the new situation of deepening and implementing the spirit of the 17th CPC National Congress and vigorously promoting the great prosperity and development of socialist culture, the party’s leading group has decided to convene this national film conference, which is of great significance. The main tasks of the conference are: to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, convey the work conference of national propaganda and ideological work, the spirit of the director of the State Bureau of Radio, Film and Television, summarize the 2007 film work and deploy the tasks for 2008 and further unify thinking and cohesion
