作为武汉市人民政府举办的唯一的儿童福利事业单位——武汉市儿童福利院,肩负着全市孤残儿童的养育、救治、康复、教育、安置等重任,秉承“一切为了孩子”的服务宗旨,在各级领导的大力支持下,立足“一主两翼五中心”的总体发展思路,以“一流服务、一流管里、一流业绩”为目标,以德治院、开门办院,与“110”进行24小时联动,救助社会弃婴、弃儿,看力开拓孤残儿童“养、治、教、康、安置”五位一体的儿童福利服务模式,为600多名孤残儿童撑起了一片蓝天。
