在固溶时效的基础上研究了深冷处理时间对过共晶Al-Si-Fe合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明,随着深冷时间的延长,组织变化不大,合金的力学性能得到了很大的提高;最佳的处理工艺为固溶处理(520℃×3 h)+深冷处理(-196℃×48 h)+时效处理(120℃×10 h)。
The effect of cryogenic treatment time on microstructure and properties of hypereutectic Al-Si-Fe alloy was studied on the basis of solution-aging. The results show that with the extension of cryogenic time, the microstructure changes little and the mechanical properties of the alloy have been greatly improved. The best treatment process is solution treatment (520 ℃ × 3 h) + cryogenic treatment (-196 ℃ × 48 h) + aging treatment (120 ℃ × 10 h).
