当前,我国社会发展正处于转型期,随着经济发展与社会转型的加快,随着Internet技术的推广、普及和逐步发展,由不良网络舆情引发的各种群体性事件也不断增多,各种社会矛盾和冲突也越来越复杂多样。这些无疑对当今社会稳定、国家信誉和政府形象都产生了强烈的冲击和影响。不良网络舆情的消极影响很大,已成为近年来群体性事件频发的重要因素。如何去正确引导和梳理,使网络舆情能更好地反映广大人民的诉求,这些都是摆在我们面前的重大课题。
