内服药用荆芥三钱加水二厅,煎后滤出药渣,放在暖瓶内,为一日量,多次饮之。外敷用醋浸纱布敷患处,一日换三、四次。 [病案举例]李×石、女、14岁、住香坊艺街70号。主诉发烧已两天,食慾不振,两耳下肿大,咀嚼时疼痛。检查:体温38度2(摄氏),右耳垂前至下颌角肿如鸭蛋,局部发灼,咽红,扁桃体肿大,左侧腮腺肿大较轻。诊断:腮腺炎,用上法治疗三天痊癒。
