心肌缺血的早期诊断能有效避免对冠心病患者的误诊、漏诊，临床上心肌缺血无创检查方法仍具有较高的应用价值，现对心肌缺血传统及相对新型无创检查方法的优势、局限、近期新进展和运用前景进行综述。“,”Early diagnosis of myocardial ischemia can effectively avoid misdiagnosis of coronary heart disease .Noninvasive screening methods of myocardial ischemia still have an important role and value in clinical practice .We will review the strengths , limitations, recent development and application prospect of traditions and a relatively new type of noninvasive of myocardial ischemia .
