中共十六届五中全会将使科学发展观和一系列关于社会发展的最新决策,从理念层面跃进于运筹层面。按照《中国共产党章程》规定:党的中央委员会每届任期五年。中央委员会全体会议由中央政治局召集,每年至少举行一次。7月下旬,中共中央政治局会议宣布,定于今年10月召开本年度的中央全会,亦即十六届五次中央全会。主要议程,除按例由中央政治局报告工作外,将是研究关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划的建议。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee will make the scientific concept of development and a series of the latest decisions on social development, from the philosophy level in the operational level. According to the “Constitution of the Communist Party of China”, the Party Central Committee serves a term of five years each. Central Committee plenary meeting convened by the Political Bureau, held at least once a year. In late July, the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee announced that the Central Plenary Session of the current year, which is scheduled to be held in October this year, will be the fifth plenary session of the 16th CPC Central Committee. The main agenda will be to study proposals for drawing up the 11th five-year plan for national economic and social development, in addition to reporting on the work of the Political Bureau by way of example.
