目的:评价CT及磁共振诊断中枢神经系统感染的临床价值。方法:2015年2月~2017年2月,医院收治中枢神经感染患者86例入组,同期收治的未发生颅内感染、单纯的颅内病变的对象100例作为作为对照。所有的影像学检查资料,CT、MRI都交由2名经验丰富的放射科医师采用盲法诊断,不同意见协商解决。结果:CT灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、符合率分别为74.42%、87%、83.12%、79.82%、81.18%,MRI则为94.19%、91%、90%、96.81%、92.47%。CT的灵敏度、阴性预测值、符合率低于MRI,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磁共振诊断中枢神经系统的价值更高,有助于避免漏诊。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of CT and magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of central nervous system infection. Methods: From February 2015 to February 2017, 86 patients with central nervous system infection were enrolled in the hospital. 100 patients who did not have intracranial infection and simple intracranial disease were enrolled in the same period. All the imaging examination data, CT, MRI are handed over to two experienced radiologists blind diagnosis, different opinions to resolve. Results: The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of CT were 74.42%, 87%, 83.12%, 79.82% and 81.18% respectively, while those of MRI were 94.19%, 91%, 90% and 96.81% 92.47%. CT sensitivity, negative predictive value, coincidence rate lower than MRI, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Magnetic resonance imaging is more valuable in the diagnosis of the central nervous system and helps to avoid missed diagnosis.
