随着我国经济水平的逐渐提高,人们的生活质量也越来越高,旅游逐渐成为人们日常生活中的必须行为。而我国的旅游业发展对人才的要求也越来越高,传统的旅游专业人才培养模式已经越来越不能满足我国当前的市场需求。为了培养具有高素质的旅游专业创新型人才,我国逐渐推出了新型的人才培养模式,但其中还存在着一些问题需要解决。
