对甲醇在电解银催化剂上的催化氧化和脱氢反应的研究,使电解银催化剂成功地用于甲醇制甲醛、乙醇制乙醛、丁醇制丁醛、乙二醇制乙二醛等工业生产上、金属银和钯可在任意组成范围内完全互溶,形成的合金具有一些特殊的催化性质、化学吸附性质和磁性质.本文报导用两种方法制备Ag-Pd合金,并考察所制不同成分的Ag-Pd合金对甲醇氧化脱氧反应的催化作用、合金的磁化率和表面成分,探索Ag-Pd合金的催化性质、磁性质和表面电子结构间的联系.
The study on the catalytic oxidation and dehydrogenation of methanol on silver electrolysis catalyst has made the silver catalyst successfully used in the industrial production of methanol to formaldehyde, ethanol to acetaldehyde, butanol to butyraldehyde and ethylene glycol to glyoxal , The metal silver and palladium can be completely miscible in any composition range and the formed alloy has some special catalytic properties, chemisorption properties and magnetic properties.This paper reports the preparation of Ag-Pd alloy by two methods, and examines the different components Ag-Pd alloy for methanol oxidative deoxygenation reaction, the magnetic susceptibility and surface composition of the alloy to explore the catalytic properties of Ag-Pd alloy, the relationship between magnetic properties and surface electronic structure.
