士官制度改革以来,士官队伍在军队建设中的地位和作用日益突出。加强士官工作宣传报道,对士官队伍建设具有重要意义。笔者长期从事士官管理工作,先后在《解放军报》、《战友报》等媒体刊稿百余篇。结合士官工作实践和写稿经历,下面围绕如何“提高士官工作报道的质量”这一话题,谈几点粗浅体会。
