在ISO8402—1994《质量—术语》标准中“质量监督”的定义是“为了确保满足规定的要求,对实体的状况进行连续的监视和验证,并对记录进行分析”。按照《中国人民解放军驻厂军事代表工作条例》及其“实施细则”、《军工产品定型工作条件》、《军工产品质量管理条例》等规定,军代表应对承制方质量保证体系、产品研制、生产和售后技术服务过程和成品进行评价和监督。目前,许多承制单位在通过ISO 9000系列认证的情况下,如何保证质量体系的正常运行,是我们军代表必须探讨的问题。
In the ISO8402-1994 “Quality - Terminology” standard, “quality supervision” is defined as “the continuous monitoring and verification of the status of an entity and the analysis of the records in order to ensure that the specified requirements are met.” According to the Regulations on the Work of the Military Representatives of the PLA Plant in the People’s Republic of China, the Regulations on the Implementation of Military Representatives of the People’s Liberation Army in China, the Regulations on the Workmanship of Military Products and the Regulation on the Administration of Military Products, the military representatives should respond to the quality assurance system of the producer, Development, production and after-sale technical service process and finished product evaluation and supervision. At present, many units in the adoption of the ISO 9000 certification series, how to ensure the normal operation of the quality system is our military representatives must explore the issue.
