目的:评价n 125I粒子植入对兔VX2(ShPoe病毒诱导的兔乳头状鳞癌)实体瘤周围组织损伤情况。n 方法:将VX2瘤株种植于新西兰大耳白兔双后腿肌肉内制备肿瘤模型30只,10 d后行首次PET/CT显像及植入不同初始活度n 125I粒子,左后腿植入低活度0.4 mCi(0.4 mCi组),右后腿植入高活度0.7 mCi(0.7 mCi组)。植入后不同时间点(72 h、2周、4周)行PET/CT显像,并取距离病灶边缘2 cm内的正常肌肉组织给予HE染色观察组织学变化,分析标准摄取值(SUV)与炎症反应的相关性。n 结果:不同初始活度n 125I粒子植入治疗兔VX2肿瘤与治疗前比较周围正常组织SUV值逐渐增高。治疗后2周炎症反应达高峰,0.7 mCi组治疗后2周SUV值与炎症反应呈正相关(n r=0.684,n P0.05)。n 结论:不同活度n 125I粒子对周围正常组织无明显不良反应,0.7 mCi活度对周围组织损伤较0.4 mCi活度略重,总体安全性高。n “,”Objective:To evaluate the damage to the surrounding tissues of rabbit VX2 (a squamous cell carcinoma derived from rabbit papilloma induced by ShPoe virus) solid tumor by n 125I particles implantation.n Methods:The VX2 tumor strain was planted in the muscles of the hind legs of New Zealand white rabbits to prepare 30 tumor models, the first PET/CT imaging and implantation of n 125I particles with different initial activities were performed after 10 days. The left hind leg was implanted with a low activity of 0.4 mCi (0.4 mCi group), and the right hind leg was implanted with a high activity of 0.7 mCi (0.7 mCi group). PET/CT imaging was performed at different time points (72 h, 2 weeks, 4 weeks) after implantation, and normal muscle tissue within 2 cm from the edge of the lesion was taken for HE staining to observe histopathology changes. The correlation between standard uptake value (SUV) and inflammation was analyzed.n Results:The SUV value of rabbit VX2 tumor treated with n 125I particles implantation with different initial activity increased gradually compared with that before treatment. The inflammatory response reached a peak 2 weeks after treatment, and the SUV value of the 0.7 mCi group was positively correlated with the inflammatory response 2 weeks after treatment (n r=0.684, n P0.05).n Conclusions:The n 125I particles with different activity had no obvious adverse reaction to the surrounding normal tissue, 0.7 mCi group had slightly more damage to the surrounding tissue than 0.4 mCi group, and the overall safety is higher.n
