绩效预算目前是世界各国财政改革的重点之一。在建设“富裕文明和谐新广西”的进程中,应注重加强财政绩效评价工作,并对广西近年来开展财政绩效评价所取得的成效及存在的问题进行分析。通过提高绩效评价意识、加强领导和分工合作、健全绩效评价原则、引进科学的评价方法、建立健全财政预算绩效评价制度等措施,不断提高广西财政预算绩效,保证广西经济和社会事业稳步发展目标的实现。
Performance budget is currently one of the focuses of fiscal reform in various countries in the world. In the process of building “a harmonious and prosperous civilized Guangxi”, we should pay attention to strengthening the performance appraisal of financial affairs and analyze the achievements and problems existing in the performance appraisal of Guangxi’s financial performance in recent years. By improving awareness of performance appraisal, strengthening leadership and division of labor, perfecting the principle of performance appraisal, introducing scientific appraisal methods, establishing and improving the performance appraisal system of budget, and other measures to continuously improve the performance of Guangxi’s budget and ensure the stable development of Guangxi’s economy and social undertakings achieve.
