一、用途与特点螺旋钻孔机主要用于工业与民用建筑、电力、交通等各项建筑事业的基础桩孔施工,也适用于地下连续墙的施工。 LZ-400型长螺旋钻孔机(如图所示),钻孔为直孔,即成桩为直孔灌注桩。长螺旋钻孔机具有无振动、无污染、低噪声、高效率并且可免除大量土方运输的特点,因此,特别适合城区或狭窄场地拆建工程的基础施工。改变钻头的型式可使钻孔机钻削冻土、混凝土、灰土、岩石;改变钻孔机的转速,可使钻孔机在含水量很高乃至饱和土中钻进成孔。该机是实现机械化基础施工的理想机械。
I. Uses and characteristics The spiral drilling machine is mainly used for the foundation pile construction of industrial and civil buildings, electric power, transportation and other construction projects, and also applicable to the construction of underground continuous walls. The LZ-400 long spiral drilling machine (as shown in the figure) is drilled with a straight hole. The pile is a straight bored pile. The long spiral drilling machine has the characteristics of no vibration, no pollution, low noise, high efficiency and can exempt a large amount of earth transportation. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for the foundation construction of urban or narrow site demolition projects. Changing the type of drill allows drilling machines to drill permafrost, concrete, ash, and rock; changing the rotational speed of the drill allows the drill to drill into holes in high water content and even in saturated soil. This machine is the ideal machine for mechanized foundation construction.
