针对聚羧酸减水剂在合成过程中析出晶体现象进行分析,通过利用IR-FT对析出晶体,以及与反应物进行表征比较红外谱图,确定析出晶体的结构,并分析影响晶体析出的因素:温度、引发剂用量单体活性匹配,同时对比引发剂用量及种类对产物红外吸收峰影响,分析得出在聚合的过程中可以通过复配引发剂来解决聚合单体活性不匹配问题。
