本文基于江西吉安县开展水稻种植政策性保险试点情况的调查,总结了该县的主要做法和取得的效应,分析了目前开展水稻种植政策性保险遇到的困难,并就如何进一步完善水稻种植政策性保险提出了相关对策与建议。
