针对黄河下游山东引黄灌区“清淤难”、“沉沙难”、“渠首沙化”等难题,总结黄河下游无坝引水防沙工程建设的经验和弊端,根据黄河水沙动态变化规律,提出适合中国黄河特点的新型渠首橡胶坝引水防沙工程的基本模式,解决了“增引合沙量小、粒径细的表层水;减少河道底部粗沙入渠;同步进行引水与防沙”等引水防沙工程三大技术难点,通过工程实践,大幅度提高了工程防沙减淤效果。
