一提到综合国力,人们往往会想到经济实力、科技实力、军事实力_ 等硬实力。其实这是不全面的,忽略了包括以文化、意识形态吸引力体现出来的软实力。能在国际上占据主导地位、纵横捭阖的国家,历来是两种实力兼具的国家。特别是在政治多极化和经济全球化趋势越来越明显的格局下,和平与发展成为时代的主题,“软实力”在国际竞争中的作用越来越突出。
When one refers to comprehensive national strength, people often think of hard power such as economic strength, scientific and technological strength, and military strength. In fact, this is incomplete and ignores the soft power embodied by cultural and ideological attraction. Countries that can occupy a dominant position in the international arena have historically been two countries with both strengths. Especially in the situation where the trend of political multipolarization and economic globalization is becoming more and more obvious, peace and development have become the theme of the times, and “soft power” has played an increasingly prominent role in international competition.
