从濒死鳖的肝、心血和腹水物分离到两种细菌 ,人工感染试验均表现出较强的致病力 ,出现与自然病鳖相同的症状并死亡 ,从人工感染死亡鳖中分别再次获得同种细菌 .根据形态、生长特征和生理生化特性 ,分别被鉴定为运动型气单胞菌的豚鼠气单胞菌 ( Aeromonas caviae)和温和气单胞菌 ( A.sobria) .药敏试验结果表明 :此二种细菌对菌必治、氟嗪酸、庆大霉素、环丙沙星、氯霉素均呈高度敏感 .
Two kinds of bacteria were isolated from the liver, blood and ascites of the moribund soft-shelled turtle. The artificial infection test showed strong virulence, the same symptom and death as the natural turtle, and were obtained again from the artificial turtle The same species of bacteria were identified as Aeromonas caviae and A. sobria of Aeromonas sobria according to morphological, growth and physiological and biochemical characteristics, respectively. The results showed that the two kinds of bacteria were highly sensitive to bacitracin, flurazin, gentamicin, ciprofloxacin and chloramphenicol.
